Our Facility

Our Facility Includes all the required Machineries and Special Tools & Tackles required for Overhauling of all types of Pumps (BB1 to BB5) and Motors. Some of the Equipments of our facility are mentioned below:

  • Electric overhead travelling (EOT) crane SWL 5t, 40 foot span, 15 foot.
  • Tig, Mig and Arc welding sets.
  • Lathe Machine, admit between centres-4200mm, Swing over bed 750mm
  • Horizontal Boring Machine with milling attachment
  • Heating Oven up to 300 Deg C.
  • Dynamic balancing machine: 1.5 t capacity, Max. Diameter of Rotor/Impellers – 1,600 mm, Max. Distance between Bearing Centers – 1650 mm.
  • Piller drill machine: 2 inces.
  • 2Nos. of portable vibration analyzer cum balancer (usa make) to carry our In-situ balancing at site.
  • eddy current probes and proximities: Bentley Nevada make
  • laser alignment kit (skf made)
  • Accelerometers, Techo-meter, ROLSP, temperature gun, noise measuring meter, inside micrometer, outside micro meter, dial gauges, grinder, cutter etc.
